Your next choice is how to allocate players on teams a the start of a new universe. You always have two choices. If you are using a player file, you will have a third choice:

• Players on Teams: Players are assigned to teams based on assignment within the player files. No allocation draft will take place.

• Preference Draft: You fill out a screen containing preferences, and the game will run a draft, with a random draft order, assigning players to teams. Your team will take shape according to your preferences.

• Full 53-Round Draft: When the league begins, a 53-round draft will take place in which you select each player you want on your team.

Whether there's an allocation draft or simple team assignment from player files, the game always begins on the last day of training camp before the first season.
