Front Office Football Nine Documentation

Game Previews provide a detailed look at an upcoming game, along with the links you'll need to make an assessment of how you need to plan for an opponent. Game previews are available five or six days before an upcoming game.

• Preview: A weather forecast, and a statistical overview of how each team ranks in the league.

• Comparison: An assessment of how position groups from each team will fare against the opponent, along with the point spread.

• Visiting Team: A link to the area of the visiting team's menu system focusing on scouting reports.

• Home Team: A link to the area of the home team's menu system focusing on scouting.

When clicking on Visiting Team or Home Team on the Primary Game Preview Menu, the Secondary Game Preview Menu is shown for that team, beginning with the team overview.

• Visitor/Home Overview: the primary Team screen shows division standings, team rankings in various statistical categories, a schedule for the current season and the team's statistical leaders for the current or most recent season. There are lists of the team's offensive and defensive starting players.

• Visitor/Home Tendencies: this screen shows how often and how effective this team is based on down and distance, both on offense and defense.

• Visitor/Home Breakdown: this screen shows how effective this team is breaking down runs by direction and passes by primary (or targeted) pass route, offense and defense.

• Film Offense: this screen shows how often this team uses specific personnel groups on offense, as well as play variations and targeted receivers.

• Film Defense: this screen shows how often this team uses specific pass coverages and other defensive options.
