Front Office Football Nine Documentation

The Hotfix was released on December 7, 2025.

• The default schedule for the 2025 season had an error in week 3, causing New Orleans to play a game that New York was scheduled to play.

• The default player files for 2024 (when the error was introduced) and 2025 have a player assigned a birthdate in 200, when he was actually born in 2000.

• Saved games can continue.

• For those who are working on customization, please remember to back up all your work.

• This version updates following files: 2024_players.csv, 2025_players.csv and 2025_schedule.csv.

• Steam updates should not touch other .csv files, but we can't guarantee that.

• The fix only applies to new universes started with the default 2024 and 2025 configurations.

Your installation of Front Office Football Nine will automatically update on its own. If you go into the Steam app's Library and right-click on the game and examine Properties, you can change the priority for Updates. There's a line at the bottom of this screen that tells you when your game was last updated.

You can also view the Credits screen in the League Menu within the game. This screen shows the game's version. The application remains version 9.2, but the new files will show as having been altered more recently.
